COVID-19 Safety


As we approach a confirmed re-opening date, we would like to take the time to inform our valued clients of the new and updated safety guidelines, as well as other general changes we will be implementing in the spa for the safety of customers and staff. These guidelines are subject to change as necessary.


  • Our hours of operation have changed and will vary.

  • Scheduling will be done exclusively online  by following the link at If you wish to speak with a staff member or have additional questions, please call 508.994.7258 and leave a message. We will return your call as soon as we can and appreciate your patience!

  • Sanitation, organization, and the safety of our guests have always been a priority to us . We are increasing our already strict protocol, and service times will be extended to accommodate these changes.


What to Expect at your Visit:


  • When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in either your car or outside of the building until you receive a phone call from your service provider. We have eliminated our designated waiting area in an effort to control the number of people entering the space.

  • Once you receive the OK to enter, you will be directed to a Wellness Station where you will be asked to answer several questions regarding your health/possible exposure to virus. If you answer "yes" to any of these questions, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

  • Masks are required to be worn when entering the building, and are to be kept on at all times. Masks will be available if you do not have one. Your service provider will be wearing both a mask and face shield at all times.

  • We will ask that you thoroughly wash your hands upon entering the spa. Your service provider will assist you.

  • At this time we will not be providing water, tea or snacks. Outside food is not allowed into the spa, so please plan accordingly.

  • Please leave all jackets, large bags, or other unnecessary items in your vehicle during your appointment.

  • No one but the client receiving a service will be permitted in the building, so we ask that no one accompany you to your appointment including children. We understand that child care is an issue, but we must ask that you respect these guidelines.



Again, these guidelines are in place to protect our guests, staff, and families! Our top priority is making sure that everyone remains safe and healthy, and we appreciate your cooperation and compliance as we strive to do that at the highest level possible.
